Hole by Hole Description
Prairie Knolls Golf Course

Hole #1 - 464 yds. Par 6 - OB on the left side of the tee box. (tree line to the left) marked by White stakes

Hole #2 - 276 yds. Par 4 - OB behind the green marked by White Stakes

Hole #3 - 108 yds. Par 3 - Pond to the left side of the tee box is a lateral hazard. There is a drop zone to the right, just across the cart path.

Hold #4 - 255 yds. Par 4 - OB along the left side for the length of the entire hole marked by White Stakes. No Mow to the right and behind the green is played as a Lateral Hazard.

Hole #5 - 272 yds. Par 4 - No Mow down the right hand side of the fairway is played as a Lateral Hazard.

Hole #6 - 273 yds. Par 4 - No Mow on the far right is played as a Lateral Hazard - OB to the far right and long of the green marked by White Stakes and farm fence.

Hole #7 - 130 yds. Par 3 - OB along the left side for the length of the entire hole marked by White Stakes and Farm Fence

Hole #8 - 266 yds. Par 4 - The No Mow to the left is played as a lateral hazard. OB to the far left wooded area east of the green and behind the green marked by White stakes and farm fence.

Hole #9 - 330 yds - Par 4 - OB all the way down the left side of this fairway, the far left of the green and behind the green, marked by White stakes and white fence behind the green.

Play RED Tees
We will play Pick, Clean and Place (6 inches no closer to the hole or the nearest area of relief, no closer to the hole) throughout the course. Dirt areas around greens can receive free relief, no closer to the hole. (Ground Under Repair)
No-Mow areas on Holes 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be played as Lateral Hazards. If the ball is found in the No-Mow you can choose to play it from the hazard or if you can’t find it or choose not to play it, identify where the ball entered the hazard, two-club lengths relief no closer to the hole, one stroke penalty.
Pond on Hole 3 is played as a lateral hazard, with a drop area on the right side of the cart path as it makes the turn.
Out of Bounds are marked with White Stakes and fencing all on the outside of the course. Stroke and distance penalty.
We will play Lost Ball Consensus inside the course but not for hazard areas or OB.
No free relief from non-staked trees for stance and/or swing. Staked trees two - club lengths no closer to the hole. (Hole #5)
Flower beds near or around tee boxes - two club lengths free relief no closer to the hole
