Information

Stroke Play, 18 Holes

IGHSAU and USGA Rules of Golf will govern play, except as modified by the listed local rules.

All play will be from the RED tees.

We will play the ball as directed by the coaches.

10 Max Score

Spectators are welcome! All spectators should stay at least 30 yards in the rough. Away from the players and the greens. Coaches should help with this, please.

Food and Beverage available for purchase in the clubhouse.

Soft-Spikes required.

DO NOT cross out or erase scores. If you record an incorrect score circle it and put the correct score below it.

Mark your ball for identification purposes. Make sure you are playing your own ball.

Keep play moving! Play ready golf!

If there is a question regarding rules or scores, play two balls through the hole and get a ruling when possible.

Play a declared “provisional” ball if out-of-bounds is a possibility. (Rule 27-2 a. b. c.)

Kodiak Scoring App will be used. Turn your scorecards in at the clubhouse following play after confirming scores from everyone in the group, after it has been signed by the entire group.. All players must be in attendance.

Suspension of play due to a dangerous situation: If weather becomes dangerous, please take cover at the nearest shelter. If play needs to be stopped, coaches will be out to pick you up.

In the case of a tie in team scores we will go to the 5th score; if still tied we will go to the 6th score. In case of a tie for medalist we will card back from hole #18.

Rules

Cedar Creek Golf Course

Do not play the bunders with water in them on Hole 1, 3, and 10.

Perimeter of the course is OB – Nothing is marked – Trees/Roads are the line

Everything inside course is penalty area – Not marked – Use the mow lines

Maintenance shed left on hole 1 and deep on hole 18 is GUR

Driving range is playable on 10 and 18

Red tees

We will play pick, clean, and place today. Scorecard length

Casual Water: Any temporary accumulation of water that is visable before or after the player takes their stance and is not in a water hazard. 1 club length from the point of nearest relief, not closer to the hole and drop ball. No Penalty.

Bunkers should be in good condition

Hole 3 – Creek/Hazard in front of tee box

Hole 4 – Creek/Hazard Deep

Hole 5 – OB way left in trees

Hole 6 – OB left length of hole and deep behind green
