Hillcrest, Highland and Sigourney Triangular April 21
1 Boys white tees
2 Girls Red tees
3 Fairway markers: (100 yards red, 150 yards white, 200 yards blue to center of green)
4 Small flag on the flagstick represents if the flag is front (low), back (high) middle (middle)
5 Replace ball marks and divots
6 Varsity - no stroke limit
7 JV players/Girls 8 stroke limit - then place ball on front of green in line with ball and pin
8 Playing Pick Clean Place everywhere (within 6 inches/scorecard no closer to the hole)
9 Drop Zones on 3, 4, 7, and 9 across the water/hazard. Boys on hole 4 drop by gold tees before the water. Girls and JV drop on the other side of the water in a marked drop circle.
10 Free relief from tree stumps and brush piles between 4 tee and 5 green and between 7-8. Nearest point of relief: stance and swing and line of flight
11 Ground under repair will be marked with white paint or ropes - nearest point of relief free stance and swing -1 club length from nearest point
12 Free relief from staked trees/saplings or trees you can fit your hand around (nearest point of relief swing stance and line of flight). Trees are on 1,3, and 5
Hole By Hole Description Rules: 13 Hole 1: out of bounds: putting green, parking lot and red buildings marked with white paint and white stakes. Out of bounds across hole 7 to the right. 14 Hole 2: out of bounds on the right marked by the fence and into the parking lot. Free relief from fence for stance and swing no closer to the hole if in bounds 15 Hole 3: water in front, played as a yellow Hazard(drop on other side JV/Girls) out of bounds on the left and behind the green. If your ball went long over the green hit a provisional ball 16 Hole 4: water (played as a yellow hazard) From the white tees it is 200 yards to clear the water (boys). The landing is the drop zone for boys by the gold tees. Girls drop on other side 17 Hole 5: out of bounds through the fairway and behind the green marked with white stakes/lines 18 Hole 6: out of bounds by the fence and marked with white stakes on the left. If your ball is in play and up against the fence you get one club length away from the fence no penalty - stance and swing no closer to the hole. Long over the green and tee box of 7 is out of bounds 19 Hole 7: Water is marked with out of bounds stakes to the left and into the trees on the left. The small ditch in the bottom is a lateral hazard (red stakes). Use the drop circle 20 Hole 8: out of bounds on the left. Ground under repair by the 8th green to the left 21 Hole 9: out of bounds on the left toward the road and ditch next to the road. The ditch in front of the tee box is considered a lateral hazard; there should be a drop area on the other side Penalty area to the right up by the maintenance shed and driveway played as a lateral hazard. Boys drop is on the 9th gold tee box Reminders 22 Announce your ball before playing 23 Kodiak and scorecards, serve as a marker for your opposing player 24 Announce scores on next tee box prior to teeing off 25 If you think you lost your ball hit a provisional ball and announce you are hitting 26 Every player must sign their scorecard at the end of the round 27 If unsure on ruling within your group play two balls
