⏰ Tee Times & Start Format
Start Time: 11:00 AM
All groups will start on Hole 1
Tee times will run every 5 minutes (11:00, 11:05, etc.)
Groupings are available on Kodiak
We will play Tan Tees today

⛳ Warm-Up & Arrival
Range balls will be available before tee-off
The first two groups will begin on the range
Groups will rotate to the first tee as their time approaches
Coach Nattress will be at Hole 1 to send groups off and provide instructions

📏 Course Rules
Ball Up Rule:
Pick, clean, and place in fairway and rough only
May move the ball one scorecard length, no closer to the hole
Maximum Score:
Max of 10 strokes per hole
After the 10th shot, players should pick up and move on

📝 Scoring Procedures
Each player keeps a scorecard for the group
One colored scorecard is the official scorecard
All players must:
Agree on scores
Sign the official card at the end
⚠️ Important:
The player keeping the official scorecard should NOT be the one entering scores on Kodiak
Scores should be recorded:
After each hole
Before teeing off on the next hole
Coaches will have access to scoring on Kodiak—please help update if able

🏅 Awards
Medals awarded for 1st and 2nd place
Ties will be broken using handicap holes

📚 Rules & Disputes
Follow all course markings
Use USGA Rules for anything not covered
If a rules issue arises:
Try to resolve as a group
If no agreement:
Play two balls
A ruling will be made after the round
➡️ Players should make every effort to resolve issues before signing scorecards

👥 Spectator Guidelines
Keep a respectful distance from players
Spectators may help spot and look for lost balls
